		<description>Hi Di!  A good way to keep the corn chips fresh is either a Tupperware containter or ziplock bags.  You can keep them in the fridge, but since it is dried food, it should be ok in a cool, dry place.</description>

It&#039;s good to read your post about the Blendtec!  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;..And those delicious corn chips!!!  Those look so good! How long do they stay fresh (if they aren&#039;t eaten up too quickly ;) ? And do you keep them in the fridge?  I&#039;m looking forward to trying this recipe!</description>
