I’m enjoying my lunch today at Alchemy Coffee.  Whenever I come here, I’m always amazing at the food quality and by the end of my time spent, I’m feeling satisfied and relaxed by the warm, casual atmosphere.  Finding good food at coffee shops can be a difficult duty, but they make it an easy, welcomed chore at this little cafe.

Here is what my delicious salad looked like before I devoured it.

Organic salad greens, pine nuts, cranberries, SPROUTS!, avocado, and a delicious balsamic vinaigrette.  Joe had a yummy turkey sandwhich and a smaller portion of salad.  There are other tasty, healthy treats here, too.  Vegan options like the hummas plate, a pesto grilled cheese sandwhich for vegetarians, and there are even some raw bakery items!  Alchemy Coffee also hosts open mic nights, which I might try out sometime.  If you’re in the Salt Lake area, you should definitely stop in and spend some time here.  You won’t regret it!
